This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be processed. By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to the following policy:


1. Cancellation Policy

 

  • User-Initiated Cancellations:

    • Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the test content or digital resources have not been accessed.

    • If you have already accessed or started using the purchased content, cancellation will not be permitted.

  • Subscription Cancellations:

    • Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

    • To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

    • Once cancelled, you will retain access to paid content until the end of the current billing period.


2. Refund Policy

 

  • Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Refunds are applicable only if cancellation is requested within 24 hours of purchase and the digital content has not been accessed.

    • Once access to mock tests or other digital content is granted, no refund will be processed.

  • Non-Refundable Items:

    • Free trials, promotional offers, or discounted plans are non-refundable.

    • One-time purchases of test papers or digital content are final and non-refundable once accessed.

  • Processing of Refunds:

    • Approved refunds will be initiated within 14 business days of confirmation.

    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

    • Knock Mock is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party platforms (e.g., Razorpay, Google, Apple).


3. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

4. Exceptions

 

  • If you face technical issues preventing access to purchased content, please report it within 48 hours of purchase. Our team will investigate and either resolve the issue or provide a suitable resolution, which may include refund or account credit (at our discretion).

  • Refunds will not be provided due to change of mind, lack of exam preparation, or failure to achieve desired exam results.
