At Knock Mock, we do not deliver any physical goods. All our offerings are digital services (mock tests, study resources, and subscription plans) that can be accessed online through our website and mobile application.

  • You can log in using your registered email/phone and password to start using the service.

  • In case of free trials, access will be granted instantly after registration.


2. Delivery Timeline
  • Digital Access: Instantly available once the payment is confirmed.

  • In rare cases of payment delays (e.g., pending status from banks or third-party payment platforms), service access may take up to 24 hours.


3. No Physical Shipping
  • Knock Mock provides only digital educational services.

  • There is no shipping, courier, or physical delivery involved in any of our plans or purchases.
