- UD Stenographer: Degree + Shorthand (120 wpm) + Typing
- Assistant / Examiner: Any Degree
- Typist / Copyist: Degree + Typing (45 wpm)
- Data Entry Operator: Degree with Computer Science + Typing
- Stenographer: Degree + Shorthand (80 wpm)
- Office Subordinate: 7th Pass (no higher qualification allowed)
