Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidate must possess any one of the following from a recognized University/Institute:

  • Diploma in Engineering (Electronics, E&T, E&C, EEE, IT, CS, Computer Engineering, or Computer Applications), OR

  • B.Sc. (Electronics/Computer Science/Physics/Mathematics), OR

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Applications (BCA).

Age Limit

  • 18–27 years as on 14 September 2025

  • Age relaxations:

    • SC/ST: +5 years

    • OBC: +3 years

    • Departmental candidates: Up to 40 years (with 3 years continuous service)

    • Widows/Divorced women: Up to 35 years (UR), 38 years (OBC), 40 years (SC/ST)

    • Ex-servicemen & meritorious sportspersons: As per Govt. norms

Selection Process

The recruitment will be conducted in three tiers:

  1. Tier-I (Online Exam – 100 marks, 2 hrs):

    • General Mental Ability (25%)

    • Technical subjects (as per qualification, 75%)

    • Negative marking: ¼ mark per wrong answer

  2. Tier-II (Skill Test – 30 marks):

    • Practical/technical test based on job profile

  3. Tier-III (Interview – 20 marks):

    • Personality & suitability test

Final merit will be prepared based on combined performance in Tier-I, II & III.

Examination Cities

Candidates can select five exam city preferences from a wide list covering all states & UTs (including Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, Lucknow, Patna, etc.).
