🎓 Educational Qualification

  • Candidate must have passed Matriculation from a recognised education board.

  • Punjabi language must be passed at Matric level as a compulsory or elective subject, or equivalent as per Punjab Civil Services (General and Common Conditions of Service) Rules, 1994.

  • All educational qualification certificates must be issued on or before the last date of application.

  • Candidate must satisfy domicile and reservation conditions of Punjab as claimed in the online application form.

  • Valid domicile and category certificates are mandatory for claiming reservation benefits.

💰 Pay Scale

All selected candidates for Group-D posts will be entitled to the following pay scale:

  • ₹18,000 – ₹56,900

  • Pay Level: Level-1

  • Pay Commission: 7th Central Pay Commission

Additional allowances and service benefits will be applicable as per instructions issued by the Finance Department (Personnel-I Branch), Government of Punjab, from time to time.

📚 Exam Scheme

  • Selection will be based on an Objective Type (MCQ) written examination.

  • The syllabus and exam pattern will be uploaded separately on the official website.

  • Admit cards will be issued only in online mode.

  • The final merit list will be prepared purely on the basis of marks obtained in the written exam.

🔁 Tie-Breaking Rules

If two or more candidates secure equal marks:

  1. Older candidate (by date of birth) will be ranked higher.

  2. If still tied, higher percentage in essential qualification will be considered.

  3. If still unresolved, higher Matric marks will be given preference.

Shortlisted candidates will be called for counselling and document verification as per category-wise vacancies.

  2. Click on the “Online Applications” link.

  3. Select the desired Group-D post.

  4. Complete registration by entering basic and educational details.

  5. Login using the generated registration number and fill the application form step-by-step.

  6. Upload scanned copies of:

    • Passport-size photograph

    • Signature

    • Matric certificate (with date of birth)

    • Other required educational certificates

  7. Submit the application form online.

  8. Pay the application fee through SBI challan / Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card / UPI.

  9. Download and print the final submitted application form for future reference.
