Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have released CEN No. 08/2025 for recruitment to various Isolated Category posts across Indian Railways. 📌 Eligibility Criteria

🔹 Nationality

Candidates must be:

  • Indian citizen, OR

  • Subject of Nepal / Bhutan, OR

  • Tibetan refugee (before 01-01-1962), OR

  • Person of Indian origin migrated from specified countries
    (Eligibility certificate required where applicable)

🔹 Age Limit (as on 01-01-2026)

Age relaxation is applicable for:

  • SC / ST – 5 years

  • OBC (NCL) – 3 years

♿ PwBD (Horizontal Reservation)

PwBD vacancies are horizontal in nature and included within total vacancies.

  • VI – Visual Impairment

  • HI – Hearing Impairment

  • LD – Locomotor Disability

  • MD – Multiple Disabilities

PwBD candidates must have minimum 40% disability and a valid certificate under the RPwD Act, 2016.

 

💰 Pay Scale

Pay is based on 7th CPC Pay Levels:
