🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification (as on 31.08.2025)

Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.

AND MBA (Finance) / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS (Finance) / CA / CFA / ICWA.
Post-Qualification Experience

Minimum 3 years in Corporate Credit/High Value Credit as an executive in supervisory/management role in:

Scheduled Commercial Bank
-
Associate or Subsidiary of a Scheduled Commercial Bank

Public Sector or listed financial institution/company

Experience must include appraisal/assessment of credit proposals for medium/large corporates.

💼 Job Profile & Responsibilities

Conduct due diligence and appraisal of credit proposals.
-
Assist Relationship Manager in achieving business targets.

Ensure compliance with RBI & internal credit guidelines.

Pre-sanction activities: legal/valuation reports, ROC checks, appraisal notes, credit ratings.

Post-sanction activities: monitoring of accounts, compliance with sanction terms, credit audits, consortium meetings.

Industry research and portfolio quality monitoring.
💰 Salary & Benefits
