Knock Mock will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid in the last 12 months for the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or misuse the service. You can also cancel your account anytime.

11. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of purchase if the test content hasn’t been accessed.
• No refunds will be provided once access to digital content has been granted.
• Refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 14 business days.

Use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.
